People Business Partner

Are you an HR professional ready to make an impact? Assystem Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a People Business Partner to join our dynamic team. Based in Bristol, you’ll collaborate with senior management to drive HR strategies aligning with business objectives. From workforce planning to talent management, your role will be pivotal in shaping our company culture.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partnering with senior management to shape HR plans and practices.
  • Leading a number of people related projects in readiness for growth, scalability and digitisation.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for Nuclear New Build HR-related queries and escalations.
  • Collaborating and liaising with others in the People Business Partnering team to drive continuous improvement and ensure consistency in approach.
  • Anticipating and addressing emerging people trends and challenges through the utilisation of People metrics and data.
  • Lead case management through to successful resolution, planning and anticipating outcomes and partnering with managers to ensure that decision making is based on all possible scenarios.


In order to be successful in this role, we require individuals to have:

  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrable senior HR experience in a large complex organisation.
  • Proficiency in the full HR lifecycle.
  • Experience in an international setting advantageous.

£55,000-£60,000 per annum, plus car allowance
