People Business Partner (Staff)

Due to retirement, the National Trust has a fantastic opportunity for a permanent part time (30 hours) People Business Partner to join the People team in it's head office in Swindon.

The role will partner our People, IT and Finance Executive Directors and their senior leadership teams. These teams play a key role in supporting and enabling the National Trust to continue to look after it's special places for everyone, forever.

You’ll work collaboratively with your fellow Central PBPs, colleagues in the People Service Centre, subject experts, and your regional colleagues, to provide seamless solutions. You’ll use your experience of working in a large and complex organisation to ensure plans are sustainable and will ultimately deliver organisational benefits and results. Above all, we want you to play a part in developing a culture in which our leaders are empowered, with the confidence and skills they need to lead their people.
