People Coordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a People Coordinator to join our successful in-house People Services team on a full time, permanent basis.


We are looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.


The role


As a People Coordinator, you will support the delivery of a comprehensive first-class and 'right-first time' people service across the organisation. You will provide a proactive, reliable and effective support to the People Team through high quality customer service and excellent administration.

You will act as a first point of contact for all people queries providing high-quality first line advice to line managers and staff, maintaining strong internal customer focus across the employee life cycle.

Responsibilities include the management and processing of the employee lifecycle, including pay related changes to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice and supporting the provision of an end-to-end recruitment service for the Group.


What skills and experience we are looking for:


At least 12 months experience of working within either a Human Resources or payroll team

Experience of record keeping and general administrative duties showing a high level of attention to detail

Experience of building good working relationships to ensure productive working relationships and mutual respect for achievement.

Experience of maintaining record systems and databases and producing information

Excellent written and verbal skills, with an ability to prioritise workloads to ensure that deadlines are met.

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and system data entry.

Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills

Experience and understanding of handling sensitive data in line with GDPR legislation.

Working towards Level 3 CIPD qualification or qualified by experience to an equivalent level (desirable).

Awareness of employment legislation and practical application of it within the workplace
