People Manager, Greenford, London, working across all aspects of the employee journey - recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, people experience and people tools and technologies. The team takes the lead on the continuing evolution of the company's culture and employer brand. Reporting to the Head of People with one direct report in People and Payroll Administration.

What the day job looks like:

In this full-time role as People Manager, we are seeking a true generalist to work within a team of 3, driving our workplace culture, responding to our colleagues and sweeping away the barriers to great work across the business - you will interact with all areas of the People experience:

· Curating and supporting the full lifecycle of employment at Belazu

· Building strong working relationships across the business

· Supporting managers in efficient, effective and rapid response to ER issues

· Recruitment support across the business

· Driving engagement in workplace culture

· Developing, sourcing and delivering training programs

· Supporting performance management processes across the business

· Reviewing and rolling out policy and procedure

· Being creative in compensation and benefit, building best in class employee value propositions

· Contributing to People strategy

· Communicating across the business

Terms

· 40 hrs/wk i.e. 8.30am-4.30pm Mon-Fri (start and finish times flexible) with a 3 day/week office; 2 day/week WFH hybrid working model.

· Probationary period 3 months

· Annual salary review (our ‘movers and shakers’ are always rewarded)
