Location: UK National with links to Birmingham, London, Aberdeen, Exeter

Salary: Up to £35,000 PA (DOE)

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday with flexibility

 

Role Overview


We are recruiting for a Resourcing Partner for our Energy, Government, and Infrastructure (EGI) sector. We provide catering and support services in high profile police, secure environments and government sites, along with a range of onshore and offshore facilities including platforms, drilling rigs, floatels and offices for the energy sector.  You’ll be pivotal in ensuring our business has the right talent to meet its current needs and growth aspirations.  Collaborating with the wider team, you'll source, attract, and onboard talent, leveraging market insights and resourcing tools.

 

As a Recruitment Partner, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our wider teams in talent attraction across our portfolio, spanning from offshore stewards to senior managers. Working in a dynamic environment you'll need to work at pace, think on your feet, and be prepared for each day to bring new challenges!

 

Your role extends to enhancing our employer brand, improving candidate experience, and fostering diversity and inclusion. You'll be at the heart of our communication efforts, both internally and externally.

 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements across all of Energy, Government and Infrastructure (EGI)
  • Utilise various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates, using various sourcing methods such as job boards, search licenses, social media, referrals, etc
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and suitability  for the role
  • Conduct phone, video and/or in-person interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers
  • Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process, including certification verification, right to work checks, offer negotiation, reference checks, background checks, etc.
  • Monitor recruitment activity and identify areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience whilst working at pace and juggling lots of activities
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and trends
  • Support the wider HR Team in the delivery of the people plan
