Reward Consultant

Remote (United Kingdom)

WithYou are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Reward Consultant. This newly created role will work closely with our Director of People and Inclusion to design and develop WithYou’s pay strategy and policy.


This is a fixed term contract for 9 months, working remotely. If you are passionate about the impact and importance of shaping our reward plan and want to join an evolving, dedicated People team - we’d love to hear from you.


You'll be joining a progressive People team, who are working on some fantastic projects that will positively impact our employees and as a result, the clients we support. This is a new role for WithYou - as our Reward Consultant, you will design and create a pay framework that is fit for the future, attracting, retaining and motivating our employees, whilst working within our financial envelope. We are looking for someone who is a subject matter expert in Reward, with a particular lens on pay frameworks and someone who can work with our stakeholders to inform and advise. You’ll also be a vital part of our Employee Experience Pay project.


As WithYou’s Reward Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and deliver an organisational pay framework that is fair and transparent whilst ensuring it is future proof and affordable
  • Conduct a pay and benefits benchmarking exercise
  • Analyse our pay position using existing models
  • Upskilling our People team and other key stakeholders to ensure consistency in the operation of reward at WithYou
  • Contributing towards the overall development and management of the People and Inclusion function at WithYou, working collaboratively with People colleagues


This is a truly hands-on role that will enable you to make a tangible difference to our employee experience and contribute to our goal of becoming an employer of choice.


What we’re looking for

If you have…

  • Significant experience in Pay and Reward, in a senior position within a complex organisation
  • Experience in designing and implementing successful pay frameworks and costing pay models
  • Proven ability to plan, identify and mitigate risk, manage and deliver programmes or projects
  • Proven experience of working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to advise and influence
  • Excellent analytical, planning and communication skills
