Nottingham City Centre Office (Hybrid Working Model – 3 days in the office)

 

Duration: Full-time, Initial 3-month period

 

What you’ll be doing

 

Join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our business growth. We are seeking an experienced recruiter ideally from the infrastructure engineering consultancy sector. This role requires a hands-on approach to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internal stakeholders, including candidate sourcing, management, and onboarding.

 

·        Report to the Talent Acquisition Partner and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internal stakeholders.

·        Source and manage candidates through to offer stage and facilitate their onboarding.

·        Actively participate in talent attraction efforts, sourcing for various technical roles within the business.

 

 

What you’ll bring

 

·        Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in recruitment and resourcing within the infrastructure engineering consultancy sector, either as an internal recruiter or within a recruitment agency. You should be adept at understanding the nuances of this sector's talent landscape.

 

·        Stakeholder Management: Demonstrable experience as a trusted recruitment advisor, taking ownership of roles and effectively liaising with managers and Directors. Your excellent stakeholder management skills will enable you to establish and maintain relationships across diverse teams.

 

·        Direct Sourcing Expertise: Extensive experience in direct sourcing using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Your ability to identify and engage with top talent directly will be crucial to the success of this role.

 

·        Recruitment Cycle Management: Broad experience across the full recruitment cycle, including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Your proficiency in managing each stage of the process efficiently will ensure timely and successful hires.

 

·        Technology Proficiency: A strong understanding of the role of technology in recruitment, including the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as TeamTailor, social media platforms, job boards, PageTiger, and Canva. Your familiarity with these tools will enable you to leverage technology effectively in your resourcing efforts.
