Education/Qualifications/Training

Essential criteria

  • Good standard of education to degree level or equivalent or extensive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Continuous Professional Development

Essential criteria

  • Knowledge of how to use social media for recruiting.
  • Recent experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Experience of using applicant tracking systems/talent pools
  • Experience of partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and to positively influence recruitment outcomes
  • Working within in a talent acquisition or recruitment team (agency or in-house function)
  • Recording and measuring recruitment success
  • Experience of engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide a great candidate experience
  • Experience of writing effective job ads
  • Experience of using job boards and CV shifting to identity suitable candidates

Desirable criteria

  • Knowledge of employment law principles and how to apply these to recruitment processes.
  • Experience of arranging and facilitating recruitment events (virtually and in-person)
