Your new role

 

Job Purpose:

 

Work with managers and leaders to design, develop and execute a comprehensive forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy for our Power division aligned to the Ipsum growth strategy, strategic objectives, values and long-term goals.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

 

·      Proactively identify and maintain a pipeline of top talent for Ipsum and regularly review with managers and leaders

  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to enhance Ipsum’s employer brand and promote as an employer of choice by leveraging social media and other platforms and by networking and attending industry events and engaging with educational establishments for early careers talent

·      Drive innovative talent sourcing initiatives to target the attraction of candidates to a broad range of roles engaging with both active and passive talent

·      Drive consistency and quality in recruitment practice

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and provide metrics internally and to the board
  • Salary and benefits benchmarking

·      Develop and manage the talent acquisition budget efficiently, ensuring a strong return on investment, maintaining and reviewing supplier relationships, contracts and the PSL

 

About you

Essential qualifications/ skills/ experience

  • Proven and demonstratable success in a similar role, ideally operating in a similar market or Industry with skill shortages
  • Knowledge of talent sourcing avenues to target the attraction of suitably skilled candidates
  • Demonstrable ability to build strong relationships with and influence key stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Results-focused
  • Passionate about driving standards and candidate experience

Desirable qualifications/ skills/ experience

·      L3 Certificate in In-House Recruitment (CertIHR) or higher
