People Strategy Operations and Lifecycle Associate

In this exciting, challenging and rewarding position, you will play a key role in enabling our people to thrive. Reporting to the UK People Strategy Operations Lead, you will partner closely with our People Strategy/Business Partner team.


Your key role will be to support our People Strategists for a specified business unit(s) of close to 300 people with exposure to projects managing global populations. You will provide people operations to drive great people experiences and business impact. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, structured thinking, a fast learner, have strong inter-personal skills, and be passionate about delivering fantastic operations for our people.


Key Responsibilities:

Providing operational support to People Strategists on:

  • Performance management – Support in Talent reviews and handling of individual performance cases.
  • People Growth – Support all phases of our growth philosophy, including goal setting, feedback, fluid promotions, and annual impact discussions.
  • Total rewards - Partner with the people strategists and Compensation team on annual merit increases, bonus payouts, and off cycles.
  • Engagement and culture – Roll out of programs and activities including Core Value awards, recognition drives, DE&I work, and pulse checks.
  • Contributes to special projects include mentoring, redundancy, and hybrid working.
  • Carry out operations management and administrative support of talent programs. This will include note taking, planning, status tracking, and issue/risk management.
  • Synthesis and analysis of data to drive insights and support data driven people decisions.
  • Partnering closely with People Strategy operations colleagues across the region, and globally in India, to enable better practice, synergies, and local activation of global programs.
  • Partnering closely with HR lifecycle colleagues on employee cases, ensuring legal compliance, and updating our HRIS and paperwork.
  • Providing end to end support on people processes within your capability areas. This includes system updates on Leave of absences, sharing payroll inputs, exits. Qualifications


Job Requirements:

Education & Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • CIPD preferred

Experience Guidelines:

  • A background in Human Resources Operations.
  • A passion for enhancing our people’s experience throughout their lifecycle and driving business impact.
  • An eye for detail and ability to run processes independently.
  • A track record in pro-actively identifying opportunities for improvements and driving change.
  • An ability to work in a complex matrix structured, ambiguous, constantly changing business situation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into insights and solutions, strong excel expertise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to form relationships at all levels.
  • Worked in a global environment (preferable).
